Free Inspections for Peace of Mind:

We want to provide you with peace of mind if you are worried about water, sewer, or mold damage in your home or business. Don’t hesitate to call us even if you are uncertain whether or not you need professional help. We’ll conduct a professional inspection and provide you with expert advice, even if that means telling you that you don’t need our help! Our initial inspection is free of charge if you do not contract with us to provide additional services.

On Our Way In 30 Minutes Or Less Guarantee:

We are standing by 24/7 to take your call and will have a local, qualified technician on their way to your home or business within 30 minutes of your call. The technician will promptly contact you with a more precise estimated time of arrival once they are enroute. We reserve the right to schedule an arrival that is at a later date and time if, at our discretion, we determine the situation is not urgent or of a nature that would necessitate an emergency response.

Pay Only Your Deductible:

When you contract with us for services under an insurance claim and provide a valid Post Loss Assignment, we will collect your deductible from you and bill your insurer directly for the remaining amount owed for the covered services. Additional cooperation may be necessary, per the terms and conditions of the Work Authorization Contract, to collect from your insurer if your insurer fails to pay our bill in a timely manner. Insurance Claims Help:

We advocate for our customers and work hard to take the stress out of the claims process, which can be nerve-racking, and go above and beyond to help get our customers’ claims covered. While it is important to note that we are not public adjusters or attorneys, and recommend that you consult a public adjuster or attorney for any legal advice, we are certainly experienced with and knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and insurance coverage.

Service Requests and Scheduling

Third-Party Software: All service requests and scheduling may be processed through third-party software. By making a service request, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party provider.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the service request process is accurate and complete.

Payment: Payment terms, including deposits and cancellations, are as follows.

  • Deposits: A refundable deposit may be required to schedule services. You will also be charged any applicable booking or processing fees.
  • Payments: Full payment for services is required upon the completion of restoration work unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to a scheduled service date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund.

Emergency Services: Emergency service requests are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within two weeks from the date of cancellation.

No Shows: If you fail to be present for a scheduled service without prior notification, you may be charged the full amount of the service.

Service Times and Responsibilities

Service Windows: Service windows will be provided in your confirmation. Please ensure that someone is available during the specified time.

Access: You must provide access to the property and necessary areas for the service to be completed.

User Responsibilities

Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner during interactions with our team members.

Property Preparation: You are responsible for securing valuable items and preparing the property for restoration services as instructed.

Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment or team members resulting from hazardous conditions at your property.

Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Third-Party Sharing: Information related to your service requests may be shared with third-party providers to facilitate service delivery.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DryTime Restoration or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
